Terms of service

In short. You get a written quote before anything starts. You own your website, designs and customer data once the work is paid for. We do the work we agreed to, on the timeline we agreed to.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use chetnaaistudio.in, its free tools, or hire Chetna AI Studio (run by Chetna Singh, Navi Mumbai) for websites, apps, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp automation, chatbots, workflow automation, logo and brochure design, social media or AI videos. By using the site or approving a quote, you agree to them.

2. Quotes

Every project has a written quote listing the scope, price, number of revisions, timeline and what we need from you. Anything not in the quote is extra and will be quoted separately before we do it. A quote is valid for 15 days.

3. Payment

Work starts after the advance in the quote is paid. The balance is due on delivery. Prices are in Indian rupees. Late payment may pause hosting, support or further work. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund policy.

4. Revisions

Each quote states how many rounds of changes are included. Requests are collected into one message per round. Extra rounds or changes in scope are charged separately.

5. What you provide

Accurate business details, text, photos and logos, sent on time.
Only content you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for it.
Access to the accounts we need (domain, Google, Meta, WhatsApp) when setting things up.

6. Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your website content, final design files, domain and customer data. Our own tools, templates and code libraries stay ours, and you get a lifetime licence to use them in your project. We may show your finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, WhatsApp, Google, Meta, payment gateways and app stores are run by other companies under their own rules and prices. We aren't responsible for their outages, policy changes, account bans or price changes, but we'll help you deal with them.

8. Free tools

The free tools are provided as they are, without charge. Check every poster, QR code, bill and calculation before you print or use it. See the Disclaimer.

9. Results and liability

We work hard to help your business grow, but we can't guarantee rankings, leads, sales or reviews. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

10. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Before that, we'll always try to sort it out by talking first.
