Refund and cancellation policy

In short. Cancel before work starts and you get your advance back in full. If we can't deliver what we agreed, you get your money back for the part not delivered. Once design or development has started, the advance covers the work already done.

1. How payment works

Every project starts with a written quote. Work begins after you approve the quote and pay the advance stated in it (usually 50%). The balance is due on delivery, before the website goes live on your domain or final files are handed over.

2. When you get a full refund

You cancel in writing (WhatsApp or email) before we start work on your project.
We are unable to start or deliver the project at all.
You were charged twice, or charged more than the quote, by mistake.

3. Free redesign

If you are not happy with the first design we show you, we redesign it once at no extra cost, before any refund question comes up.

4. When you get a part refund

If we deliver only part of what the quote promised and cannot complete the rest, we refund the share of the price for the undelivered part.

5. When there is no refund

Work has started (for example, first designs or a draft website have been shared) and you cancel. The advance covers the work done, and you keep whatever has been delivered so far.
The project is delivered as described in the quote, including the revisions it lists (for example, 3 revisions for a logo and visiting card combo).
Third-party costs paid on your behalf: domain names, hosting, WhatsApp Business API charges, app store fees, stock images, and ad spend on Google or Meta.
Delays caused by missing content or approvals from your side.

6. Monthly plans

Monthly maintenance, social media or automation plans can be cancelled with 7 days' notice. The current month is not refunded; the plan stops at the end of it.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer or card) within 7 working days.

8. How to ask
