Delivery and returns policy

1. How work is delivered

• Websites and web apps: published on your own domain or a preview link, with login details handed over to you.
• Mobile apps: a test build and, once approved, published to the store under your account or delivered as an install file.
• Logos, visiting cards, brochures, catalogues and posters: print-ready PDF plus PNG/JPG files, by WhatsApp, email or a Google Drive link.
• Google Business Profile, WhatsApp automation, chatbots and workflows: set up inside your own accounts, with a short walkthrough of how to use them.
• AI videos and ads: MP4 files in the sizes agreed (for example Reels, Status, YouTube).

2. Timelines

Every project gets a written quote with the scope and delivery date before work starts. Typical timelines once we receive your content (text, photos, logo) are:

• Logo and visiting card: 3 to 5 working days
• Single-page website: 5 to 7 working days
• Multi-page website: 10 to 20 working days
• WhatsApp automation or chatbot: 5 to 10 working days
• Mobile or web app: as agreed in the quote

Timelines start when the advance and your content are both received. Delays in sending content or approvals move the delivery date by the same amount.

3. Free tools

The free tools at chetnaaistudio.in/tools run in your own browser. Your file (poster, card, bill) is created on your phone or computer the moment you tap download. Nothing is delivered later and nothing is charged.

4. Returns and exchanges

Digital work cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund policy. Changes to delivered work are handled through the revisions included in your quote.

5. If something does not arrive
