In short. We only collect what you send us to get a quote or a project done. We never sell your data. The free tools work on your own phone and don't send what you type to us.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you ask for a quote: your name, mobile number, email (if given), business name, city, the services you need, budget and any note you write.
When you message us on WhatsApp or email: whatever you choose to send.
During a project: the content you give us (text, photos, logo) and account access you share so we can set things up.
Website visits: if analytics is turned on, Google Analytics records anonymous usage such as pages viewed, device type and city. It uses cookies.

3. What the free tools do with your data

The tools (review QR, UPI standee, visiting card, bill maker and the rest) run entirely in your browser. Your UPI ID, phone number, bills and plans are not sent to us. A few tools keep your entries on your own phone so you can come back to them; clearing your browser data removes them. The Online Presence Score sends your answers to us only if you tap "Send my score to Chetna on WhatsApp".

4. Why we use it

To reply to you, prepare your quote and deliver your project.
To send updates about your project and, if you agree, occasional offers. You can say stop at any time.
To improve this website.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the work, such as Netlify (website hosting), Google (email, Drive and analytics), Meta (WhatsApp) and payment providers, and only as far as needed. We may share information if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as needed for support, accounts and tax rules.

7. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent for messages. Email or WhatsApp us and we'll act within 7 working days.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
